Air Purification
For many laboratory applications, normal compressed air supplies contain impurities which impair the performance of analytical instrumentation. A range of purifiers is available to produce hydrocarbon-free air, ultra-dry air, air with carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide removed, or air with all TOC's removed.

ZeroAir Hydrocarbon-free Air Generating System
The ZeroAir range utilises state-of-the-art catalyst technology with minimum power consumption and no moving parts to produce air containing <0.1 ppm hydrocarbons.
Compressed air is fed into the the system through a filter which first removes particulate and bulk moisture. The air is then passed over a low power heater and then a catalytic converter. Any hydrocarbons are cracked into trace levels of carbon dioxide and water. The hydrocarbon-free air is then passed through a cooler and another outlet filter ready for use.
