Nitrogen Generators

Overview

Our nitrogen generators supply from 200 cc/minute to 1,000,000 litres/hour at whatever purity and pressure is required.

All the nitrogen generators utilise Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology to produce constant-quality flows of high-purity nitrogen. The generators contain no moving parts so service and maintenance is minimal. The units can use an existing compressed-air supply, some have an integrated compressor others are installed with a dedicated, external silenced compressor. Starting from as little as £1,550, using nitrogen generators is very cost effective compared to using cylinders.

MicroGeN₂ Nitrogen Generator

The smallest generator of high purity nitrogen for low-volume usage

Ultra High Purity Nitrogen

These generators produce ultra high purity nitrogen with models producing flow rates from 800 cc up to 10 litres/min.

Features
	Flow rates from 1-10 litres per minute with up to 99.9995% purity
	800cc and 3 Litre/min version have an integrated compressor
	Software-contolled to produce nitrogen only when required
	Outlet pressures up to 6.0 bar (90 psi)

Nitrogen at flow rates from 4L/minute up to 60L/minute at purities up to 99.9%

We have an extensive range of generators delivering from 4-60L/min either with or without integerated compressors. For LC-MS we offer either 20L/min or 38L/min versions depending on how many instruments need to be supplied.

GA Series

The GA Series of nitrogen generators utilises PSA technology to produce gas flows of up to 916000 litres per hour. The units are designed for constant operation in industrial or laboratory environments and require only an existing compressed-air supply or a dedicated compressor.

The units, over 10,000 of which are installed world-wide, are used in many industries including electronics, food production, pharmaceutical and automotive to provide laser assist gas, furnace blanketing or purging ,drying gas, modified packaging gas or any application in which low-cost inert gas is necessary.
